Check the Vibe is a Shopify website/store I built for a Toronto based musician. Working together with the client we decided on an edgy, vibrant design showcasing the clients merchendise and music. I also facilitated domain and email set-up/support and continue to help with updating content/managing inventory. To date the site has exceeded revenue goals making the investment of a website well worth while for the client.
View WebsiteCash Offers is a single page website built for a real estate entrepreneur. The client wanted a simple single page design with a call to action for converting leads. When viewed on mobile, a supplementary button appears to guide you to the contact form for easier conversions. Along with the ability to contact the owner via telephone through the site, ease of access makes for an easily navigatable website for all users.
View WebsiteGardening with Lori is a website I built for an award winning gardener based in Toronto. The client wanted a website where they could showcase their work and begin offering their services to others. My primary goal was to make a site that showcased her work through the beautiful images I was provided with. Vibrant photos with a focus on minimalist design make sure that the users are captivated by the stunning imagery.
View WebsiteThis Tic-Tac-Toe app was built using React. Through stateful components this app offers the functionality for users to input their names and keeps track of the score of the game. Once a winner is declared, a small window will pop up with the winners name and an option to play again. The game will continue to keep track of the score until the website/app is reloaded. View on GithubVideo games have been a passion of mine since a young age so learning that I could use my previously acquired front end skills to interact and build on my very own Grand Theft Auto server, I was thrilled. The UI was built with HTML & CSS and through JavaScript & Lua this in-game phone UI has the ability to communicate with the server wide chat through its "SMS" functionality. Please find more information about this project on Github.
View on GithubThis app was built using the Reddit JSON API. Using React for the framework, the app commuinicates with the Reddit JSON API to view current 25 "Hot" subreddits under the specified search. The posts that are loaded show the image(if there is one), the number of comments, and the user that posted the subreddit. If a user clicks on a post it will direct you to the post on Reddit's website. Please find more information about this project on Github.
View on GithubMusic plays a huge role in my life and I find myself at least once daily on Apple Music's website listening to my favourite songs. I decided it would be a fun project to replicate the mobile experience for Apple Music's website because I have always been fond of the layout and side-scrolling rows for different categories/suggestions. This project was made with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. To view a demo video and find out more about this project please check it out on Github.
View on GithubBuilding on the phone UI I built for my GTA V server, I decided to explore more ways that I could interact with and customize my GTA V experience. I built a loading screen UI using HTML & CSS and interacted with the video game via JavaScript & Lua so that there is a functioning loading bar to track progress. For a demo video and more information on this project please check it out on Github.
